Kimberly started in residential property management in 1989.  She started as a leasing consultant at a large apartment community in Kirkland.  Within months she was promoted by the company to be the assistant manager at a community down by the airport.  Soon she was managing large communities and she specialized in new construction lease-ups or fixing up communities with occupancy problems.

Kimberly started teaching property management classes for Mykut Real Estate school in 1993.  She was approved by the state to teach 30 clock hour classes for continuing education to real estate agents and property managers.  The classes focused on real estate law, federal fair housing, marketing, leasing/sales, paperwork and more.

In 1994, Kimberly became a Real Estate Broker and she opened up Wise Property Management and Consulting.  She managed single-family investment properties and provide consulting serviced to apartment communities.  She provided leasing training, shopping reports, leasing services, short term office coverage and she assisted new property management companies with paperwork and accounting systems set up.

In the late 1990’s Kimberly’s career took her into Real Estate sales where she was a very successful agent with John L. Scott for about 10 years.  She listed several homes in different Seattle Street of Dreams shows.  Kimberly was generally ranked in the top 3% of Realtor nationwide and was often top in her office.  She made the John L. Scott top 1% and helped to train new agents.  Kimberly specialized in the Sammamish and Issaquah areas.

Around 2009 Kimberly returned to her first love; Property Management.  Today Kimberly continues in the Property Management field and serves investment home owners in the Sammamish Plateau and Issaquah Highlands areas.  Kimberly also continues to consult with multifamily companies and owners in the Puget Sound area.
